    40 new engine

     



    Thinking of removing the REAL hot 383 stroker in my 40 ford and replacig witha mild 350 crate engine; currently hooked up to a 350 Trans- Any problems I may have with the change?? Thank you- a new guy to the hobby

    Sounds like you want more of a driver. If so then at least think about switching to a 200R auto overdrive trans at the same time. If you are like me and every thing else you drive has that extra gear, you sure will enjoy it more. Depending upon what mods where performed to your frame to install TH350, it might be fairly easy.
