    Question drive shaft

     



    my project a 36 chevy pu is now ready for the drive shaft. my question is what space do i allow for movement behind the th350 rear oil seal to the universal joint on the drive shaft yoke. or put the same question the another way how much free movement do i allolw the drive shaft yoke to slide back and forth.

    Slide the yoke onto the trans output shaft until it bottoms out in the transmission, then pull it out 3/4".
