    Need advice

     



    I have a AMC front end under my 49 ford f-1 and dont know what year or make it came from - It has a power rack on it now and I wont to go with a new manual rack - What do I need to do and where to locate it ?? Im not changing the front end ...

    I would pull the part, then take it to the parts store. See if they can match something up there.

    I have a AMC Pacer front end on my 37 chevy truck and I had to take the rack to a parts supply house to find what year it was.
    Keep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

    Isn't the Pacer front end based on the Mustang II stuff, with 5-bolt hubs?

    Yes they both have 5 bolt hubs.
