    electrical

i need advise from people who have done total electrical restoration. i have a 74 chevy van, and im in the process of replacing the electrical system, im looking into buy a painless universal 12 circuit harness, and a painless 12 circuit fuse block. what else would i need? to day i destroyed the dash. i removed the meters, the fuse box and the harness. i ripped out almost everything under the dash, took out the old air conditioning hoses, radio, air/heating switches. the only things still connected are the steering column, and the air conditioning core. i also took out the ignition , so what do i need? basically redoing everything electrical, i need as much help as i get on this one, i have no clue on this stuff. also im getting a universal gauge harness, and i need a light kit, too. i need tons of help.
