Not true. I went to my local NAPA last weekend to buy a new Harmonic Balancer and he brought out one stamped "Made in China". He brought out two more and they were chinese too. AutoZone sells a variety of stuff some of it is made in US- like FelPro and ACDelco, although I assume most is made overseas.
I don't think Napa never clamed made in America. I know a lot of their stuff come out of Mexico. I deal with them because yrs ago they was the only ones, around here. if they give you their better price, they have the best price also. Price is not the bottom line for me, ill pay a little more when I find someone that knows what ther're talking about.
