1937 ford truck ?
what is the deal with the sheetmetal on the 37 ford truck i see 2 different sheetmetal configurations on the front is this like the 55 chevy series 1 and 2 or something else and if it is custom work how is it done as in matching body lines and width length thanks

there is only 1 37 truck. not sure what your talking about.

there is one set of sheetmetal that looks like the car sheetmetal with head lites inset into the fenders and another with head lites bolted onto the fender.
which is the one that you refer to as original equiptment? if the 37 car sheetmetal is not oem how is it fabricated to meet with the bodylines and contours of the truck cab sheetmetal to look factory thanks.

pic 2 looks like a custom job or already custon from the supplier,I may be wrong but the first pic looks factory,its so hard to tell on the older stuff,since there is soo much customizing done to the ones u do see at the shows,its hard to tell if its exactly stock or?Its gunna take longer than u thought and its gunna cost more too(plan ahead!)

The blue one has had the car front end put on it, I think its a bolt-on job, or nearly so.

the lower cowl panel has been replace with one from a car.

I tried rubber isolators between the frame and pump, but it made little difference. I don't mind spinning the motor over to refill the carb(s), it allows time to build oil pressure, jmho..
