The first pic is the combination valve. Meters fluid to front and rear circuits and does pressure regulation to keep the two circuits "balanced". That is if it's working properly.

Fairly sure those are Ford parts, not sure what era.

Check your firewall for cracks around where the M/C is mounted, looking at the workmanship there's probably no reinforcement where needed.

the whole firewall is really hokey, theres no place on the valve that says whats in or out,or does it matter?and does it matter where of the two lines out of the mc go ? cant i just run the first chamber to the back ,and the front chamber to the front brake? i thought thats what the dual chamber was for,or is it a backup in case the first chamber goes out

As looking at pic 1 looks like the right side should be the front circuit, and the left which appears to have the proportioning valve the rear. The larger M/C chamber is for the disc brakes presumably on the front.

    Brakes""

Question? Does your vehicle run,? If so are you haveing problems with the brakes? If so you can call M P Brakes@704-664-8866. I am sure if you provide them with info on your brake system such as type master cylinder, type of brakes, disc or whatever you are useing they can supply you with what you need.

thanks bob, that was an answer i was looking for,and dannie ,yes the car runs, but the brakes have not worked since ive had it today was the first time i started messing with them, the whole system looked questionable to me but i figured i would see if i could get it working, im getting some pressure to the valve and the rear but i cant seem to get any to the front,if i can run it without the prop valve ,i would rather do that, but then again the one i have just might be hooked up wrong,as you can see the previous owners work is less than desirable

Hi HR Daddy, If you have front disc brakes, you don't want to run the lines directly to front and rear or the rears will lock up. Here are some pics that may help.
