the 62 should have 2 brackets the hold the radiator on the top one near each end and bolt to the support.
the radiator from ebay bolts from the sides . if you have enough clearence to fit the radiator in the truck you will haveto build new brackets from the truck to the radiator's sides. and you may need to chop off the existing brackets as they may interfear with a flush fit.
the becool aluminum radiators require some mods in order to fit anyway.Mike

after you mentioned that I looked it up to see for my self .
but it dont make no diff he will have to make a custom bracket to hold it in place. if im not misstaken some of those radiators came with a strip of aluminum or you had to buy it seperatly and fab up a top bracket. its a good price for it.
as for the 62 chevy factory radiator for some reason I was thinking it was like my 69 c10.which has a 16 1/8 x 28 3/8 radiator
while typeing this I reached to my mag rack and looked to see what I could find
from one of my catalogs it shows too radiator sizes that is 19"3/8h x 21" 3/8w and a second with 17"3/8h x 25''w acording to the catalog the first is for a V8 and the second is for a Inline6.
there was no picture that I could use or any info related to crossflow or what it should be.

you could make a quick pattern from cardboard the size of the radiator on ebay and slip it down in front or behind your's and see if you have enough room, if the cardboard wont fit then you will know that the radiator wont, and you will still have the money.
the radiator that was in my lmctruck catalog was going for around $250. and a correct becool radiator will run $500+
lmctruck part# 32-2935 $250
becool part# 60026 summit has it under part# BCI-60026 $499
the becool is the exact same size as the one on ebay here is the link to the summit radiator you can decide after you check you'r truck to see if it has enough room for it
http://store.summitracing.com/
click "online store". look over to the right and you can enter "make and model search" after entering the info look at "department" click on "Cooling & Heating" then on "radiators".
there should be 2 radiators listed at the top of the list 1 for automatic trans and 2 for manual trans. click on one and it will show what the size is . you can go with what you see and buy the one on ebay and save a few hunderd bucks.

Radiator measurements are usally core size, they don't include the size of the tanks! If making a cardboard pattern you should leave extra room!!TEAMWORK is essential, it allows you to blame someone else!

the 1962 chevy. rad. is a top to bottom flow, the cross flow started in 1967. if you have no way of cutting and welding i'd leave it alone. JMOMike
