Big Red,
The manual is presented as scanned pages directly from the book onto a specific browser. The only way I see to get it to you is in picture format. Its 71 pages(pictures) long so it will take up some space and if you have a slow connection will take significant time to download. I can try if you want it.

I bought the Turbo Hydra-Matic 350 Handbook off Amazon.com for $12. It is an excellent book with very detailed procedures and explains both how a shop would do a job and how a hobbyiest without access to thousands of dollars worth of tools would do the job. For example, I am replacing all of the bushings. It says a bushing driver is best, but a chisel can be used to split the old bushing so it can be pulled out with pliers. The book also details parts differences between years and how to interchange them, it also explains how to modify the transmission to better suit your needs.

Wes...aka "BigRed"
Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
