    NOS kit question

     



    im thinking about buying a sneaky pete NOS kit for my camaro and was wondering if eventually could i just upgrade to a bigger bottle?

    You can upgrade ( or downgrade ) bottle size any time you want. It only provides the nitrous, and a bigger bottle = more run time. Also, bigger bottles privide a bit more stable flow, so the bigger the better.

    Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

    ...when I had nitrous I had the 10 pound bottle. If I ever get it again I would definately get the 20 pounder, cuz it ALWAYS ran out to soon. There is no such thing as being to rich, to thin or having to much nitrous........ bill

    From what I've read, the sneaky pete only introduces nitrous. Upgrading to a larger bottle can add run time but no more power as there is no extra fuel to burn. Also, to compensate for the nitrous, you must jet your carb richer all the time to make power and keep out of trouble.
