'56 Chevy 210 new firewall
I want to put in a more attractive firewall (Where to buy, if possible) and I also would like to have it free of the Booster and Master Cylinder. Is there any way of doing this without mounting pedals through the floor?

I make my own firewalls when I want to "clean" them up.
Speedway motors sells the pedals with master cyl. mounted on them and for "remote" locations like under the dash.Jim

yeah- it comes on it's own flex line so you can pretty much put it where you want it.Jim

those under dash setups are really slick. We're working on a 51 Willy's and are installing a setup we ordered from minnesota hotrod hardware. call tim @ 1-877-291-0363 for more info about them.If at first you don't succeed... skydiving probably isn't for you.

I looked at them and they don't have boosters, and I need power brakes for the wife. I am considering going underneath the body on the frame rail, like the older cars had them so I can have a clean firewall. Has anyone else done this to this type of car?
Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
