    White smoke usually indicates some water burning. That would indicate some head gasket problems, to me anyway. Not sure what motor you're running, but you might want to re-torque your head(s). Otherwise I'd say the head gaskets are just worn. Unless this happens every time you start the motor, I wouldnt worry about it too much, just keep an eye out if it starts to get worse or not clear up after a few minutes.

    Just my 2 cents anyway, I'm sure others will chime in with their thoughts.
