That is a front motor mount for a six cyl engine. The rubber piece has a hole in it? That bolts to the front of the engine just under the water pump! The other holes bolt to each side of the frame. If the rubber piece is pulled apart then the mount is no good unless a new different rubber can be attached to the frame of the mount.
