anyone know the site to.....
find out from the VIN where a vehicle was made. I remember seeing a place where you could see where a 49 plymouth was made from the VIN number. I searched but can't seem to find it again. Does anyone know the site?1949 Plymouth Club Coupe Still in pieces.

there is a digit that tells the place of manufacture in most any vin but b4 1981 all company's had there own way of coding them, so u need to find the digit that decodes were it came from. my '51 Chevy does decode to being built at the Terrytown Ny plant.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
