I'm not sure what you mean size 3 anyway I can not see any conection between the drive shaft and the trans shifting(so to speek) The only thing I can sugest is rase the rear wheel off the ground put trans in neutral and see if you can turn the rear wheels by turning the drive shaft. Maybe you have the front shaft to far into the trans.

Charlie is right. Don't understand the connection between changing some driveshaft parts and now it won't go forward. It's like saying " I bought a new pair of shoes and now my air conditioning isn't working."
Give us more info. Did the truck have all it's gears when you pulled in to change the stuff? Walk us through every step of what you did.
Something is missing from this picture. You say you have three on the column, have someone lay under the truck (engine off........blocked up safely) while you shift through the gears. You should see each arm on the trans as it moves from one position to the other. Particularly pay attention to the one for reverse/Low gear, as that is probably your culprit. Did you try starting out in 2nd or 3rd to see if those are ok?
Just give us more to work with and someone on here should be able to spot the thing that went wrong in the repair.

Ok I simply took out the drive shaft to replace u joints and center support bearing. I replaced all joints and bearing then put shaft back in. I did not remove anything with trainy or rear gear. I left the rear joint on the diff. i had everything marked before i took it out and put it back into place the same as i took it out. I then greased all zerts and started her up and backed out of garage. then i tried going into low gear it didnt make any sound or move in any gear except reverse. I got in back to garage and let it sit till this morning when i posted this thread. After i posted this thread i went out and tried to figure out what went wrong. I lifted the rear end up and tried again to shift in low and Low and behold the damn tires moved in every gear. I lowered truck put it back into gear and i heard a noise and off I went every gear works fine. No noise and smooth. I will now take for a longer run around block and see what happens.
THANK YOU FOR REPLYS IM GLAD TO SEE THERES HELP!!!!

I think Denny hit it. Your problem was is misaligned or somehow screwed up linkage.
Glad it's working, but you need to know why it happened, or it may occur again, and strand you somewhere. Check out the shift linkage for slop and play. Maybe the bushings are worn. Have one guy under and one over to see what is not working like it should. Sometimes cars give you little warnings that something is about to go. If you ignore them it can bite you at the wrong time.
The other thought, get a good shifter, like Hurst, and convert to floor shift, unless you like the nostalgia of the three on the tree.
