More HP for my 350
Guys, I am looking to increase the HP on a chevy 350. Currently I have a mild cam, mid rise intake, 600CMF carb, shorty headers, and other goodies, but I am only getting around 300HP. I'd really love another 100HP if possible. Someone mentioned a TURBO? P

Heads matched to your pistons and a bigger cam will put you at 400 hp. I don't know what your current compression ratio is so I can't tell you what it would be with aftermarket heads. Try to keep it less than 10:1 for mild street motors. 64, 68, and 72 cc chambers are available so pick the one that nets you close to 10:1 compression.

Maybe a dumb question, but if you were shooting for 400 HP, why did you buy all the stuff that's perfectly tailored for a 300 HP mild street engine?
Thanks guys! One more trip around the sun completed. Lots of blessings and things to be thankful for (like still being able to type this message!!) Here's to us "over 70 guys.." Glenn
