    Hemi in a 37??

Friend of mine happens to work at a junk yard and brought over a 354 Hemi out of a 58 Imperial to see if it would fit into my chevy. After measuring, we determined that I would have to cut 2" from both side of fenders for the heads to fit. Probably would add about 200 lbs more than my 305 so I guess I'll keep the smc.

    A '58 model should be a 392. If it's a 354 it would be something like '56.

I would find out what you have. The 392 would be worth more.

Your right. Checked on the computer and the 354 was from 1956. My buddy Bob's mistake and he pulls parts for a living.

Hey 37, just bring it along when you go to Wyoming. You can drop it off at my place on the way through!!!!!

Not many of the baby Hemi's left anywheres. I suspect although there"smaller" than the later Hemi's, the dimensions are probably pretty close.
