Help! I have some "16" bent spoke wheels" but what are they?
I picked up some wheels I believe are Kelsey Hayes but...I have some that are 16" x 4". Nothing too unusual about that. The others, though, are 16" x 4 1/2". What has me stumped is that on the inside of these, there are three threaded shanks sticking out of the outer edge of the inside rim. I hope you can see them in the photo. Are these KH or something else? What are the bolts for?
