Rather than the Water Wetter I used distilled water and a minimum amout of anti-freeze. I've been real happy with the results.

My temps dropped about 20 degrees by using distilled water and the proper mix of anti-freeze to keep my car from freezing at 0 degrees. That's about as cold as it gets here.
