well.... i did not do much. to damn sore but i did get the driver side out with out pulling up the engine with not to much work it fell out .that allways feels good when you can get the headers out of the car . DON i think on the SANDERSON flange that they are wire burned with edm machine or something like that . they do the bolt holes too. that is why they are cut thru the bolt hole on the sandersons they do all of the job with wire ports and bolts .i will finish the header wednesday and will have more photos. then start on the pass sideLast edited by pat mccarthy; 10-10-2006 at 05:49 PM.

here is one side done i go over the tubes with an 3m wheel that buff them up to get any marks out of them it more like a red scotch-brite pad and i cup wheel the weldsLast edited by pat mccarthy; 01-08-2007 at 10:35 PM.

thanks denny this is what i do and build and machine engine and headers so when thing get slow i build headers . never am happy with them allways trying to do better but at this time this is the best i can do .here is the inside of the header some thing new on how i did them have put power spears in them but on them i just flatten them and welded them upLast edited by pat mccarthy; 01-08-2007 at 10:35 PM.
