    what the.....

     



    i cant believe this one guys, pulled the bearings in my motor tonite, all rod bearings look real good. all the main bearings look good too, except no.2 main,the crank looks like you welded metal to it or something.i pull the mains out of the block and damn there it is,a crack all the way across the journal and quarter inch down the sides,i cant beleive it,i knew the oil pressure was getting lower when it got hotter.now i need a block crank and rods, what the....

    it may have been. what exactly causes it im not sure
    it could be a couple things
