    fiberglass body channeling

     



    anyone have any pics or advice on fixing a unchanneled fglass body to sit down lower on a 23 t kit frame? my is mounted too low and body looks up high sitting on top of the frame. any pics or helpful advice apprectiated. Will ad some pics to thread asap! Neil

    Has the body previously been mounted or is it just the bare shell?

    it is mounted to the frame on top of it. would like it to sit down into the frame some if possible. Spirit 23 T Kit.

    Another member just posted some pictures of the Spirit T kit, and from the way it looks to me, they use an inner liner of fiberglass. Is that the way yours is? That might complicate things as the inner liner would be a lot more work to cut and channel than if the car was just done with the typical glassed in plywood floor.

    Post some good pictures inside and out and we can see better what you are talking about.
