    defrost vent/hose donor

    need a defrost vent/hose generic.

1, adapter from flat side of heater box
    to round hose ~1-1 1/2"
    2. hose to fit
    3. windshield defrost out;et vent to fit hose

    3 pieces

any idea what kind of car to scavenge?
seems they are mostly square plastic now,

started with scrapped 1 gallon shop minivac hose
and attachments, but i dunno about that......

hello guy. try going to your local haeting and plumbing shop and see if they have any ends that you can use, then all you have to do is put the hose in the middle. and even if they don't have what you need, maybe they can make something up for you. good luck dave

Look at VW bug, I know the '68 has parts like what you're describing, probably later models too, at least up through '74
