I am in the process of doing this swap on an Astro Van spindle (it's basically the same as the "B" body spindles) but I haven't gotten around to designing the adapter bracket.
It wouldn't be that hard to do yourself though if you have all of the components. Start trimming the brake ears off the spindle until you can fit the Corvette caliper and abutment to the rotor. Work backwards from the dust shield mounting holes to develope the adapter. You may want to pick up a couple of "donor" spindles to use for development. They are cheap enough in the scrap yards.
What hub are you using? A turned down "F" body or small bolt pattern "B" disc brake rotor is what I am using.

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
