Broken Oil Pressure Fitting!
Well I went to swap out the elbow for a 45 for the sender, and either because its cold now, or the sender vibrated against the firewall (reason fo the 45) because there was little clearance, the fitting snapped with barely any force. So now I got teh threaded part in the block, on a brand new motor mind you. I looked around and either ez out, or tapping a bolt into the brass and unthreading it are the solutions. I obv dotn want brass chips in there, so im gunan try the bolt deal first, should i heat the fitting remnance up then tap the bolt into it? Just easily tap it in with it cold? I imagine the bolt idea is a one shot deal, so i want to get it right. If worst case and I have to use ez out, how would i get the chips out, as its a brand new motor? Figures this is my luckMy cars, projects, and builds.

Ditto on the model kits! My best were lost when the Hobby Shop burned under suspicious circumstances....
