What would happen if I lowered my motor?
I have a 65 chevy short bed,it also has a lowered suspension.Its a custom truck

i cut the front cross and re box to get the engine to fit .done this if nothing hits your ok check you drive shaft angleLast edited by pat mccarthy; 11-16-2006 at 07:11 PM.

Ya ,I am going to make new engine mounts ,might as well. I will also cut off existing rear end brackets ,and re adjust.I need to check oil pan,and trans. clearence.Last edited by BigTruckDriver; 11-16-2006 at 07:22 PM.

For sure!! I recall Jim's torsion bar suspension on at least one of his builds, but I'm not sure which one! Maybe the Track T?? He's a talented builder.
