    no it is not bad hinge but check the pins . the door needs to go up in the hole if all air gaps looks good he may have to trim the front top of the door and weld it up or cut the cowl loose and jack it up and see what it takes hard to say can not see it that good and it may have had so work there before HIT?

    I have a 40 Merc Cp street rod and both doors are off about the same amount. Dropped about 1/2" and quite a ways from being flush. I bought it finished. It's an issue I need to address too. Some of the advise here will be of help.
