Ford 9" rear end
Simple question. What is the +/- backlash for setting up this rear? I know I have the answer in the shop SOMEWHERE but can't find it.
Thanks CharlieCharlie

Yeah I ran it with a 1/2"drill on the pinion. Very good. actualy checked several times to make sure. Set it a .010 ran it came back and checked it again. I'd hate to put it in and find out somthing is wrong. I bought another one(9"rear) yesterday but this is still my only Det. locker. There is one tip I might put out there if anyone else dose one of these. Make sure the clutch side has the spline bores lined up before final assembly of the unit. I found that out the hard way a long time ago. It can go together wrong.Charlie
