    Electric Vacuum Pump

    Hi,
I have an electric vacuum pump for my power brake booster. What do you guys do to minimize the noise level that comes out of the pump exhaust port. Its just too loud to leave alone.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts/ suggestions.

I would use a piece of hose if possible to rout the noise in another direction.

Thanks, I already have a hose connected to it directing it, but its still very loud. Do you use a vacuum cannister with the electric vac pump?
    Thanks...............
