Wow.... have you ever tackled anything like this before? Curious what your experience level is so we might know where to start with the advice.....
In general, measurements are critical to get the wheel base and track width correct. Excellent welding skills are essential to make it safe... There are many considerations, ride height and where and how to cut the subrame, pickup frame, and the best method of attaching them....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Having done it I would recommend one of the IFS kits instead. They aren't to expensive and you don't have to cut your frame in half. Gives you a good sense of mind that you will be safe.
If you are going to do it for sure then Measure, measure, measure.
