    Word of advise

I have discovered it is not a good idea to draw a line with a magic marker on a body panel then bondo over it, something in the marker releases the filler. Just though i would let you know, before another dummy like me has to redo some body work

Did you really do this?? I had to re-read your post. I took a couple of minutes to regain my composure before posting my reply. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who has had to 'fess up about the silly things we all do.

Did the same thing on my chassis. Primed over it. I plan to strip & paint anyway, but.........

    paint marker

I used to work for harley davidson welding and polishing fuel tanks......At a certain stage in the build process the pieces are prepped by more than one department and they mark them with a paint pen. Well it turns out that certain colors would show through and cause rework, like entire weeks worth. But it wasn't until somebody noticed at the end of the process and the engineers had there say, that we were told back at the beginning of the build. Bureaucracy at its finest and indecision cost like a weeks worth of work at upwards of $800 per piece.
