All brake lines should be flared or double flared lines. I don't know any sealer on the planet that will withstand 2,500 p.s.i. Brass compression fittings are a no-no also.
If you've ended up with parts that have no flare seat, then they are not brake parts. Toss 'em and get the right stuff. Always err on the side of caution.Last edited by techinspector1; 05-10-2007 at 04:14 PM.
