    motor mount removal

     



    i have a 78 camaro and i am trying to replace the motor mounts on it but i cant access the nuts holding the frame mounts on from behind, when i turn the bolts the nuts just spin inside the frame

    update: i figured out that in order to stop the nuts from spinning i had to remove the lower control arm to gain access

    yeah i guess so! i couldnt believe to change the mounts you have to do all that work it seems like they should be welded to the back of the frame
