    Redrilling bolt patterns

Where can I find the right drill bits to drill the holes for those oddball sized wheel studs?

It looks as if the stock holes were .600", and I can't seem to find a bit that size. I have already drilled holes to 9/16" (.5625") and purchased studs that were .5700" knurl, and they are too small.

    Here we go.

15.25mm (.6009") bit for about $19. They have several different grades.

    Update

I got my 15.25mm bit in the mail from MSC yesterday, and I finished drilling the holes, and they are the perfect size. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the bit considering I only had to remove 0.0192" of wall thickness, and both of the cutting edges of the bit chipped off rather quickly.

    Thanks for the info

    I can't see the next time I will use a 15.25mm bit

I have a sorry 3/4HP import floor drill press that isn't fit for precise milling. I had woodworking in mind when I purchased it. The head has some play in it, so got some 1 1/2" thick ash to use as a jig to locate the new holes. I drilled 2 holes in the block so the block would slide down on 2 of the original lugs. I then drilled another hole in the block where the new hole for the studs would be and used that as guide as I drilled the new holes.
