Wiring, where from???
It won't be long and I am going to have to decide where to get the harness kit. It's for a 51 with auto and 350 which will have AC and power windows someday. I probably don't need 21 circuits but as my old granddaddy use to say, "it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it".
I wonder if any of you guys have had experience, good or bad, with the following dealers: [Confused]

I got mine from hotrodwires. It was pretty easy to install, no problems at all. I bought the 18 circuit setup and it's good for my needs. Shipping was quick it arrived in 3 days.
I've got a '51 1/2 ton 3100, drove it around for the first time this week. Soon it will be legal.....

I got a harness from Painless wiring for my engine, Its a very nice kit and very good instructions.... The harness I got for the body is a 18 circuit from Summit racing, It also seems like a very nice product.....

All the quality kits are about the same nowadays. Used to be only a couple companies making quality parts. Just pick the one with the price and features that best fits your car and checkbook.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I got my last from E Z Wiring several years ago for the F100. I was really satisfied with it. I do have more circuits than I'll ever use in the Ol' Ford thou.Duane S

i use AAW and PAINLESS , both are good harness . i like the way painless uses gm color codes and the wire is plenty long to use in a sedan or roadster . AAW i like the they start from the conector and work it's way back to the fuse panel .yes i drove ,the trailer didnot drive it's self

I have done quite a bit of business with Madd. I used their methods and some of their packaged kits when I rewired the Studebaker. Excellent technical support and quality materials. Not quite as plug and play as the others though, great for cusomizing existing wiring, and you need to do some soldering to finish right.
I have also dealt with the folks at EZ wiring as they also have Dolphin Gauges. Found their technical support to be first rate.
PatOf course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!

Got mine from Ron Francis because I didn't want o replace all of the wiring, just the panel and all the screwed up stuff. Liked the idea that the wires were not pre-terminated at the panel.
Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
