You will have to pull the door panel to see if the window has come off the track. If it's still on the track you can troubleshoot the motor and wiring with a VOM.

had a passenger window motor that wouldn't work on my 84 vette.
held in with rivets, i started whacking away with hammer and chisel.
gave the switch one last try to find out the hammering had evidently gotten the motor brushes to work properly. alas this was a less used passenger window, but worth a try.

You can check the switch by substituting the switch from the other side. It should just pop out without taking the door panel off. If it works with the new switch, you know to replace it. If not, good luck!

    power window mtr

I took off inside panel of door, got a long bar
and hit the power motor a few times, and all
is working good now. probably stuck brushes.
    thanks for all your help

It probably had some moisture inside. I would suggest to do some boneyard searching for a rebuildable one as I think that one is living on borrowed time.
