Ok I went out and looked at mine. I have Willwood ones. I use 2# for disc brakes.
One end is marked "MC" goes toward the master cyl. The other is marked "out" so it goes toward the brakes. I have them on both front and rear brakes and use a double MC and a proportioning valve on the rear discs.41 Willys 350 sbc 6-71 blower t350, 9in, 4 link

well since i only have arrows i pointed them away from the master cylindernothin like hearing those lake pipes roar!!!!
