Fibreglass
You might try a local boatyard. The ones down here will sell you glass supplies (cloth, mat, poly resin, etc) cheaper than you can get them at Boaters World, West Marine, or Port Supply.

I bought my fiberglass supplies (many years ago) from a company that made shower stalls. Any company that manufactures fiberglass products should be able to help."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

In the bay area you should have an abundance of boat yard type places. That is where you want to go, or to a place specializing in fiberglass and resin. The places like BoatU/S, West Marine, Boaters World sell that prepackaged stuff and get an arm and leg for it.
I just priced West Marine and they get $ 45 a gallon for house brand polyester resin. I pay $ 24-$26 at a true boat repair type discount house.
Look in the yellow pages under fiberglass supplies or for boat yards. Shop around, you will be amazed at the difference in price, and it is all the same stuff.

The fiberglass materials available through marine suppliers are usually a bit higher quality then those available from auto parts suppliers, the boat guys been doing a lot more with fiberglass for a lot longer time..... Try a Google search for "fiberglass materials", bet the bay area is loaded with suppliers...Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
