I know it sounds nuts but if I do buy one of these GTO'S I might just put the 389/400 in the corner and run Chevy power.

well my red gto was my dads car i pick it back up from the guy my mom sold it to when my dad died i was 10 years old when she sold it got the car back i was about 17 years old that car never had a 398 in it that engine went away fast .from there it all ways had chevys in it and soon to have a 731 cid Originally Posted by erik erikson

Did you use the existing wire loom or did you run new wire for alt.,starter?
