    Where could i buy block cement? Summit? what might the price be?

    I buy block filler for $22.00 Cdn dollars ($8.35 U.S.) a bottle and two bottles is enough for street use on a sbc.
    Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.
