Yes insulation, wiring and dry wall done. Just treated the floor with Ghostshiled 4500
This has to cure for 7 days, then the next product GHostshiled 8510 sealer that keeps water on the surface not in cement if water, salt or oil gets on the floor. Nice if the washer decides to leak ect...
