    neutal safety switch

I need to change out my neutral safety switch. I know that it has gone bad and where it is located on the column. My question is that I do not know how to change one out on my 71 monte. Thanks

is this it ?? it should have two little screws perhaps 5/16 or 1/4 inch wrench holding it on .. pull out the screws and lift the switch off then unplug it .. replug the new one up and line up the slot as is the old slot ( put the white thing that slides in the exact position as the one you remove ) you may have to slide it around a bit to get it to work ... it is somewhat adjustable by slotted area where the screws go ..
iv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?
