steering
I don't know how this steers with the linkeage looking like it's laying right on the headerKeep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

Yes that distributor is in a awkword place. Would hate to keep tightning down the hold down bolt after every retiming try.Keep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

If the dummies would have put the distributor on the front of the engine where it belongs, they wouldn't have that problem!!!! Usually enough problems to overcome on a Hot Rod, sure don't understand why someone would build in more problems!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Dave for once I would have to agree with you on a ford engine for that vehicle. Sure would make it easier to work withKeep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

I suspect there's more space around the steering linkage than it appears. Camera angles are funny sometimes.Jack

I don't think the distributor will be a problem. Chances are the owner will sell the car before he has to do a tune-up.
Nice paint. Chevy has a copper color that is great looking. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, I have no desire to re-paint and re-interior either of my cars just because I like a new color. I've learned to live with them until now, only got a few more years to get past. Then some one else can worry about it.Bob
