One-Off Custom Wheels
I'm building a 1931 Ford AA truck (1-1/2 ton dually). The customer wants to maintain the stock appearance of the truck, but is vehemently opposed to having split-rim wheels. So I need to find a reputable manufacturer of custom wheels to make a set of custom 20x4 dually wheels. I would prefer steel, but would settle for alloy.
Does anyone have any ideas where I can get a set of wheels made?

Joe, there was a guy used to stop by here occasionally about a year ago.... He and his father owned a company that made steel repop wheels.... Don't know if I can even find it with a search anymore, hopefully someone else on here remembers......Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Dave, I don't know if you are talking about Wheelkid and his Dad Gary McLean , they own Rally America, but they are in California. Not on my favorites list right now, but they seem to please most other customers. He may want to try them.

Thanks Guys.
I'm going to call Stockton in the morning. Judging from their web site, they should be able to hook me up with what I need.

One word of caution with ANY wheel company you do business with..........don't be in a hurry. All of them promise the moon and stars on delivery, then take about 4 times longer than promised. I have dealt with Stockton, Wheel Vintiques, Rally America, Wheelsmith, Solids, and more, and each one has run hot and cold. I don't know what it is about the wheel business, but they all fall down some times and give you one story after another.
