    Red face Header Question

    I own a 1977 Ford F100 truck with a new crate GM 355 engine and a Turbo400 tranny - don't ask!

It currently has stock exhaust manifold. Can someone steer me in the correct direction to the best headers for this situation?

Please - no jokes about Fords vs Chevys - I have heard then all!

    Thanks

    ED

How about block huggers, or tite tube, type headers (also known as shorty headers)

Chevy vs Ford thing, Hey it's cool, do what you want, it's yours. I do. I own both!

    GCG,

I have used adapter headers for a sbc in a c-j jeep ...they are fenderwell style and hug up close to the frame , exhaust is simple and there are no pipes in the way of the trans or driveshafts ........
