    Question changing rearend

     



    I bought a 8'' ford rearend with 3.0 gears an had a 350 trans.
    rebuilt for it, now I sold the 8'' an bought a 9'' Heidt's with 3.50
    gears do I need to change something in my trans.

    Not exactly sure what your thought line is here, but the trans doesn't care what rear you have in a broad sense. If you had a drive shaft already built you may want to check the rear joint is all. If you'd already gotten the correct speedo gear for the gear ratio and tire size you should already be set there as well.
