Window Channels in a 30 Model A Fordor

Well my trials continue. I have to build everything in my doors and I'm at the point of making window channels so I can mount the power window assys. Anybody out there done this and have suggestions? Thanks for any help. Sean

I buy the window channels in 10' lengths at a body shop supply store. They're easy to work with and seal up the windows quite well.
