layin window back
ok guys another one for the experts i want to lay my windsheild back and get rid of all the other windows (complete convertable) but i was wondering if anyone has done this and has pictures also the inns and outs? i have a general idea of how to make this work but i dont know if you need a new wind sheild or if you can use the factory one .. or if you guys know of a site that has this done that would be great to thanks again guys

What type of car is this? If it has a curved widshield it will be more difficult. What do you mean by get rid of the other windows? Are you chopping the top off a car?"its better to rule in hell, than serve in heaven."

I once had a convertible that my girlfriend broke all the windows out of except the windshield. She threw a floor jack at it and it bounced back and hit her in the face but the glass didn't break. I can give you her number and tell you what I said to piss her off.
Other than that all convertibles have side windows.
You didn't say if your working on a school bus or an f-16 so It's hard to answer your question. If it's an f-16 there should be a handle next to the seat that removes the top and all the glass except the windshield. Go ahead Goober. Pull it.

its a 2000 s-10 and i want to make it " hot rod style" where the only window is the wind shield make it only driveable when its not raining i want it to kinda looke like this when its done http://www.acrophobia.net/Members/brentz_4_small.jpg
