    Progress on my '35

I rolled her out of the Shop on Saturday as I finished the Top Chop and Fill along with the rest of the Body Work-here are a few to look at:

Sorry, I can't seem to make them the right size from Photobucket-

    mopar34,

Thank you-you know, I have built a bunch of Musclecars through the Years, and they were not as tough as this has been to just get to this point. If someone would have told me that it would take this long to only maybe be half way done I would have told them they were crazy.

This has given me a completley new appreciation for those of you who do it for a living-in my eyes you must be Gods-this has already taxed my patience beyond belief, but I'm slowly getting there-at this rate it may get done BEFORE I die-

    Craig,
Glad to see that it really is starting to look like a car. This isn't my first build for a rod, but I do have to agree with you about the length of time and the complexity - but then I was younger then and had more stamina to work many hours more then I can now. I can only do about 6-8 now before brewski time My kids can't believe that I have developed so much patience (Patience hell, let's go kill something for supper, NOW)

As far as Photobucket, are you clicking on IMG Code (the bottom of the choices). That should bring you to this size:

Also, if you have a photo processor like Photoshop or Photoshop Elements(what I use), you can save to web, 750pixels which will give you a 3x5 picture here which is what this one is:

    Dave,

Love your Car, but what you are saying about Photobucket is way over my Head-I did used the IMG code link(the fourth one down, right clicked and the used Control V) to put it on the Page, but I still don't understand how to get it bigger?

Thank you very much for the compliment-now my Wife refers to it as "that Car"-I must be making progress-

Ah ha - the ladies are in collusion as mine has recently started saying 'that car' without preceding it with a four letter adjective.

Rather then Right Click on IMG Code, do a left click - and you will see "Copied" come up in yellow. I do a Paste rather then Ctrl V (I know it means the same thing, but.....)

The problem copying it and enlarging is that it gets pixelated (noisy). I think the right click instead of left did him in

What are the sizes (kb/mb) of the pictures - or send 'em to me via email and I'll figure it out in the morning (suppertime/wifetime now) - assuming you still have my email address(???).

Craig how many inches did you chop it , it looks really good at that level . Was this a project that you have did alot of sheet metal to.

Never used Photobucket but i use Webshots they offer 4 different sizes to post makes it very easy and for me a necessity

it can't be more than an inch or inch and a half? it looks really good. i decided i don't want to chop mine because most turn out to look too squashed with the big body, but that looks great. it's not too late for me, but I can't do it and don't wanna pay haha. where is the tank from and where will the filler be?

    bluestang67,

I chopped it 2"-I looked at a lot of Pictures trying to decide how much to take-it was a challenge not to take 3"-

Yes, there were is a lot of new Sheetmetal on the Car-basically, the Rear Pan is new, both of the Door Bottoms, the front Valances, 1/4's, new Bitchin' Products Floorboards and 5" setback Firewall, Cowl delete, smoothed Bumper Mounts, 3rd brake light, had to cut the Doors horizontally to get them to fit the contours of the Body, I installed Bearclaw latches and reworked them to use the original outside Handles, etc., etc. It was pretty rough, but it does have a History or I would have found another Body that was in better shape.
