Hey guys I had to open the front of my 50 ply. club coupe to go farther back with the engine I used, how do I remake the firewall. I cut the complete section, behind the engine about 1 ft. by 2ft. Thanks Terry

Hey mekinec.
I you still have the peice that you cut out? then you could probably weld some 10 or 12 gage sheet metal to make up the area that you are lacking to be able to reconnect to your fire wall, and the weld the unit back in place to the original cut area. if it's welded right when it's sanded off at the welds you won't even see the the seam. have fun!

I have seen some guys use a cut down metal wheelbarrow to weld back into the opening but it might be too big for that size opening.
